We ask about his role in the movie, 'Jack the Ripper in America.' We ask how he ended up as Commissioner in Baltimore City. We ask about his appointment as MD State Police Colonel. We ask about the charges against him, his arrest, and his time serving in federal penitentiaries...and we were just getting started!!
